• Orders ship from our Toronto, Ontario head office
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days depending on your location
• We ship to Canada and the United States
• Licensed products can only be sold and shipped within Canada

Returns

• Self-managed returns available within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Start your return by entering your order number and postal code on the Returns page to generate a return label

Return Fees

• $15 flat fee for returns sent by mail
• Free returns when dropped off in person at our office

Damaged or Defective Items

• Email social@gertex.com within 14 days of delivery
• Include a clear photo of the damage or defect so our team can assist you quickly
